PROLENE® Sutures are sterile, non-absorbable surgical sutures made from synthetic polypropylene, a linear polyolefin designed to provide reliable soft tissue approximation and ligation. The suture is blue pigmented for enhanced visibility during surgical procedures.
PROLENE® 6-0 is suitable for delicate tissue approximation where a non-absorbable suture is required. It is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including cardiovascular, ophthalmic and neurological procedures.
